Your Questions Answered: Quick Insights for Optimal Care
What are your office hours?
You can send a message to us any time of the day, even weekends and holidays. We get back to you usually within a few hours, but always less than 24. If you do not hear back, make sure we have the right contact information or email [email protected] . In an emergency, ALWAYS call 911 and do not use telehealth messaging.
What if I am not sure on my next steps?
We are here for you! Message the care team at any time and as MANY times as you need to get the answers to keep you safe and cared for.
What insurances do you accept?
Active Medical Solutions does not bill insurance. However, your monthly medical care fee can be paid for with your HSA or FSA and we will help you with medication prior authorizations.
How do I get in touch with my care team?
After you fill out our intake forms, we will message you to discuss options for care and to make sure we are a good fit.
Can you just call me?
Our care is primarily by messaging for your convenience. We do have a mandatory video visit, group education weekly, and an additional video visit if you'd like. You can text as many times as you need!
