What are your office hours?
You can send a message to us any time of the day, even weekends and holidays. We get back to you usually within a few hours, but always less than 24. If you do not hear back, make sure we have the right contact information or email [email protected] . In an emergency, ALWAYS call 911 and do NOT use telehealth messaging.
What if I am not sure on my next steps?
We are here for you! Message the care team at any time and as MANY times as you need to get the answers to keep you safe and cared for.
What insurances do you accept?
Active Medical Solutions does not bill insurance. However, your monthly medical care fee can be paid for with your HSA or FSA and we will help you with medication prior authorizations.
What do I get for $119 a month?
Lifestyle medical care which may involve sending prescriptions or being one text away from a provider are included.
But we do much more than just a simple prescription, we do urgent care, prior authorizations, in-person healthcare system navigation, community, education, course material and unlimited support.

How do I get in touch with my care team?
After you fill out our intake forms, we will message you to discuss options for care and to make sure we are a good fit. If you lost the contact information, text the number below and we will get you back in. NOTE- please check your email if you have put DND on your AMS texts.
Can you just call me?
Our care is primarily by messaging for your convenience. We do have a mandatory video visit in certain states, live group education weekly, and an optional video visits. You can text as many times as you need!
Who am I talking to at Active Medical Solutions?
Our team includes an obesity medicine board certified, lifestyle medicine board eligible physician and certified sports nutritionist, nurse practitioners, lifestyle coaches, pharmacists, nurse and support staff.
What is the difference between $119 and $149?
$119/month – All-inclusive access!💰
$149 per refill – Pay-as-you-go for GLP-1 refills. No access to coaching, education, or community and other services, but has two months of support for symptom management.
